1. About Sadira

Sadira is an AI-powered assignment planning tool provided by Sadira Labs Ltd. Sadira helps students plan, structure, and organise their academic work. Sadira does not write essays, generate academic content for submission, or assist with academic dishonesty in any form.

2. Acceptable use

· You must be at least 13 years old to use Sadira
· You may use Sadira to plan and organise your academic work
· You may not use Sadira to generate content for direct submission as your own work
· All AI-generated plans are for planning purposes only

Academic integrity

Sadira generates plans, not content. Using AI-generated content as your own work may violate your institution's academic integrity policy. All writing must be your original work. Sadira is a planning tool, the same as using a planner or calendar.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.

· Single Plan: One-time purchase, non-refundable after plan generation
· Semester Pass: 6-month access, non-refundable after first use
· Monthly: Cancel anytime. No refunds for the current billing period

4. Limitation of liability

Sadira is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. AI-generated plans may contain errors and should be reviewed critically. Sadira Labs Ltd's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
